This purse/tote is made of soft quilted cotton, and is lined, and has an inner pocket for cellphone or other items. The handles are 29” long. The body of the purse can be used as a tote, measuring 8” by 11” by 3”, or as a purse, measuring 8” by 8” by 3”. Handmade and OOAK.
